@JohnnyO ....I've gotten over 2 million HHonors points and lots of gift cards over the years. They paid for my Disney annual pass many times.
Yeah @mountainboy I follow the thread
What you own is on the sheet of paper they bring to the desk and can be difficult to read if you have multiple deeds and multiple recessions.Yeah @mountainboy I follow the thread
I don't know how many HH points and/or gifts I've obtained since we became HGVC Elite in 2014. Maybe I can ask my sales person or concierge to look it up for me. It would be a long list and plenty of points. I'm honestly not sure they have accurate or complete information on us. We've run into major confusion about what we even own at Marbrisa, Chicago, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, MBV and Phoenix among other places.
Now I did get the OO follow up call and the concierge seemed to know about our recent OU's. We turned her down again. She needs to sweeten the pot. We have OO then OE so not worried. Then Marbrisa again after that.
I'm not journaling my HGVC lifetime journey ... just the last year or two. That's the million mile march.
I know it's supposed to be ... ours is pages and pages. I've gotten parts of it several times regarding ownership. Not OU history but I have heard them verbally tell us about some of our OU history. The concierges and sales people are always confused and even when I explain to them what we own they sometimes argue with me that I don't own it. Throw in all the exchanges we have made (mostly RCI) into HGVC properties over the last 20+ years and our CL RTU's purchased via HGV resales office really throws them for a loop. Now we are dumping a few resale deeds and that's going to confuse them even more. What you own is on the sheet of paper they bring to the desk and can be difficult to read if you have multiple deeds and multiple recessions.
Your OU history and checkin history is on the ipad.
I think the last OU that we did at Ocean Enclave in 9/24 was right around the time they did some sort of database merge. One system was showing one thing and the other showed something different. I also had to explain to the rep what we owned. The guy also was unaware of All Inclusive and we had the same rep a couple years ago.I know it's supposed to be ... ours is pages and pages. I will say it really depends on the system / place. All Wyndham really tries to get you to go to presentations. They're kinda the worst for me so far. Smaller places like Vacation Village sometimes will offer halfhartedly. I think since my required presentations for deals HGVC has never asked me to go on an update. Neither has any MVC I've exchanged into.I think the last OU that we did at Ocean Enclave in 9/24 was right around the time they did some sort of database merge. I’m done with two week stay at Marbrisa with four different reservations (other people involved in the stay) and no invitations or calls for an OU.
