HILTON GRAND VACATIONS
T 407-722-3395 | F 407-722-3720
6355 Metrowest Boulevard, Suite 180, Orlando, FL 32835

To purchase my Hilton Club New York for about double what I paid resale a few years ago. I would still have use of 2016 points as already paid my mtc fee for 2016 I was wondering if anyone else has gotten this offer and taken advantage of it.

I've seen other posts where people have had that offer. I do not know if any of them sold it back.
 
Do you travel to New York annually and use ownership directly with the Hilton Club?

I believe this location can be hard to book if you don't own there.. But its also expensive to buy and own..

If your using your points to travel elsewhere i would consider their offer and possibly buy someplace else less costly...

But if you do in fact enjoy New York and travel there regularly then keeping your existing ownership may make sense..

Is your ownership perpetual or Right to Use that will expire at some point? That might factor into your decision as well. Some people like the idea the ownership will go poof on a set date and no more MF...

I would think that if OP gets double than what he paid resale, he can probably buy another unit that passes ROFR and still pocket some $s...
