Hi All,
Can anyone provide us with help on the same general question for the 2 different Marriott resorts:

1) At Grande Ocean, for the Sand Castle Bldg (#85), does anyone know the room numbering sequence from left to right as one faces the ocean (say for the 3rd floor)?

2) At OceanWatch, for the Conch Bldg, OceanFront views, does anyone know the room numbering sequence from left to right as one faces the ocean (say for the 3rd floor)?

Thanks in advance for your help!!
Doug

For Ocean Watch, the Ocean Front units in Conch and Scallop end in 7, 8 , and 9. The unit numbers are four digits, the first is the building number, the second and third is the floor number and the fourth is the unit number. So for the third floor in Conch the Ocean Front unit numbers are 1037, 1038 and 1039. Unfortunately I don't know how those units go from right to left as one faces the ocean. Scallop is building 2.

The Starfish building is similar except that the Ocean Front units end in 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 and the building number is 3.

Here is something I put together after our recent visit to Ocean Watch a few weeks ago.

1XX1 Ocean Side
1XX2 Ocean Side
1XX3 Ocean Side
1XX4 Ocean Side
1XX5 Ocean Side
1XX6 Ocean Side
1XX7 Ocean Front
1XX8 Ocean Front
1XX9 Ocean Front
2XX1 Ocean Side
2XX2 Ocean Side
2XX3 Ocean Side
2XX4 Ocean Side
2XX5 Ocean Side
2XX6 Ocean Side
2XX7 Ocean Front
2XX8 Ocean Front
2XX9 Ocean Front
3XX1 Ocean Front
3XX2 Ocean Front
3XX3 Ocean Front
3XX4 Ocean Front
3XX5 Ocean Front

Edited to add: If you are looking to buy a unit at any of the SC resorts, the unit number on the deed does not always equate to the view you own. The SC resorts have what is called Ultimate Occupancy and someone may be deeded an Ocean Front unit but actually own a Garden View.

For Oceanwatch the Starfish ending number 3##1 is the south side to number 3##5 being the north end.

It is more complicated for the Conch 1##7 is the south, 1##9 is the middle unit, and 1##8 is the north.

For the Scallop 2##8 is the south, 2##9 is the middel unit, and 2##7 is the north

Thank you both very much!!

To confirm, the "south" side of the Conch Bldg faces toward the JW Marriott, correct?

Does anyone happen to have similar information for the Sand Castle bldg at Grande Ocean?

Thanks again!!

The south side of Conch does face the Marriott hotel, I don't think it is a JW though, just a regular Marriott hotel.

Many thanks for the room numbering information! I am going down to MOW tomorrow for a week and feel a lot more informed now that I know their system.:D
