Hello! I have a question.
There's an Wyndham Ocean Walk resort in Daytona beach. Is it the same resort as Worldmark Ocean Walk? Both of them are in Daytona Beach and the names are same, so I am wondering if worldmark and wyndham are sharing the resort (50/50)? Thanks in advance for info.

I meant resort name (ocean walk) is same. As far as I know, there are couple resorts owned (or managed?) by both companies in some locations. Worldmark owns 50% and Wyndham owns 50% of the units. I am wondering if this ocean walk resort is the same way? Thanks.

yes they are physically the same resort. Wyndham and Worldmark have same ownership. However they are two seperate systems. They do share resorts and this is what has happened at Oceanwalk

It is a Wyndham resort and Worldmark purchased inventory for Worldmark members usage. It is nowhere close to 50 50 %. More like 5%-15% for worldmark, but I do not know exact numbers. The first building was partially wholly owned Condos and timeshares, all of which are Wyndham. The second building started as Wyndham, but it was when Worldmark and Wyndham merged under same ownership that some floors of inventory were purchased by Worldmark. As far as I know it is a couple of floors total, from what I have hear.

All Signage states Wyndham however.

The WorldMark unit and resort info I have shows that there are 28 WorldMark units out of a total of 711 units at the Ocean Walk complex. I know WorldMark has a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, some oceanfront, some not, but I don't have that detailed breakdown.
