I have two studios I am giving away.

Week 38 Unit B213 & Week 40 Unit AA117.

I have paid the 2025 maintenance fee and I will include the use of those weeks.

Annual maintenance fee is about $330.00 USD

So these are worth $0. I recall someone saying that they were selling them for $2000+ each due to the ability to get great trades through II.

Sellmytimeshare has one for $50. My dad was happy to give away his final one. I think you can even buy from the resort for quite a bit below $2k. Pretty sure they offer them around $495 once a year. A few years ago, The resort sold a thousand or so weeks one of those boutique resort exchange companies, and im pretty sure they didn't pay anything. The board wanted them to take over the maintenance fees.

This resort is extremely well run and we stayed there in January recently. My parents had gone for 30 years and it has always been well run.

Just to add on to what Dioxide said.

Earlier this summer, these were listed by a single owner in a Facebook group for more than $2000 each, with exaggerated claims about their trading value.

Experienced timeshare owners recognize that such claims are misleading and that this would not a worthwhile purchase. Free might be ok- but just remember that it may be difficult to get rid of it in the future.

I left you a PM-- Please call and/or email me today. Thanks.

I will take them both

If u own a good week yes u can trade. I just traded my studio for a 2 bedroom marriot ko olina. I got lucky and it was a 2 bedroom ocean view penthouse!!! Claims are not exaggerated my friend. Its also a good resort to own to just be part of interval. These weeks for sale are not prime weeks to trade though

I've been telling my wife these weeks had Hawaii blocked. I guess that is no longer the case?

Youre wrong. I own many of them.

Hawaii, has showing up on Accom Certs too, which is very unusual, so there will be very few deposits that won't see the same as an exchange.

The person sells them for $4,000 each high season, less for off season. And runs zoom paid seminars to tell/teach you how to use them in II. Must be quite the business!

I have two that I got for free about ten years ago. They are still worth what I paid them for them and so far have not have had negative value for me. I just used them to exchange for weeks worth about $1500. Cost all in was about $550 (maint. + exchange). So do the math. I think I would dump them if I wasn’t nearing retirement. For someone retired with a flexible schedule, they definitely provide value.

I’m just seeing this post. I bought my first hotel unit in 2012 for $400. I presently have 4 hotel units, but have had more and sold/gifted a few. One unit was free from another Tugger. I have 2 via the resort for $299.00 during their yearly sale. I keep them for exchanging into Marriotts. The exchanges are not pulling what they used to, but for what I pay in maintenance fees, they are worth keeping.

Btw, I get a guess pass at Ocean Landings whenever we’re staying in Orlando. We drive to Cocoa Beach for my guests to use the beach while I’m inside the gym. I would never stay here since the hotel units remind me of a Motel 6.

What time of year is the annual sale at Ocean Landings?

It's usually June. There's an owner discount program happening now. We just received information in the publication for October. The sale begins November 1 and ends November 30, 2025. Btw, I bought a hotel unit last year in June at $299 for my neighbors. After about 4 months, they decided that they didn't want to bother with timesharing. I ended up completing a Quit Claim Deed to myself, which is so easy to do. As long as the maintenance fees are low, I'll keep my 4 units for trading into Marriotts.
