Whe using the larger side at Westin Ka’anapali, some listings say 4 some 5 for max occupancy. Unlike at the Harborside where the PREMIUM clearly states 5 people, how many is the max occupancy at WKORV... and other 2B lo in the starwood system for that matter.

Specifically, when the 5th is a 2 yr old - what are the rules and enforcement policies?

You shouldn't have any problems having a 2-yr old as a 5th person. It will not be even noticed. We have had 4 adults and 5 kids between the large and small sides and have not had any problem.

Not sure about your location but at Harborside they will allow an extra "person" if it is a child under 3 I believe in both sides of the unit.

...now that I think of it- at locations like Harborside- they may not distribute an extra arm band for use of the facilities for an "extra". Would this be the case at WKORV? I agree, the 5th occupant as a 2 yr older should be good about anywhere.... maybe others have had a different experience though...

According to owner reservations, they even allow 5 people in a studio at WKORV, and will supply a roll away. I booked a night at owner rates for the night before our reservation in March, I'll try for a wotif room 30 days out. I do not believe getting arm bands would be an issue there, it is not quite the same as Atlantis. We had 2a 3 kids in the large side of a corner deluxe 2br with 2 roll aways with no trouble.

I don't care what they told you on the phone at Owner Services, I would double check with the resort directly about the occupancy of the studio. My understanding is that the studio sleeps max four accross the board.
