Not happy been with wastgate 15 years. Decided to come to Kissimmee. First they screwed me out off my dedded room gave me a basic room.no one knows nothing about site they say they don't have Jacuzzis at the westgate took them 2 days to finally know the deiffrence between jetted tub and jacuzzi. All the money we give them and the people they are not telling everything to atleast they can give us premium brunch. Rooms have hair all over the place. Yes these are simple things but the other major things like my family will inherit this bs

Only if they want to. No one can be forced to take over your timeshare. If you hate it so much get rid of it before it becomes a bigger problem.
