Not getting United Silver member from Marriott Titanium

Never had issues but noticed today no status.
Went on chat at United and they are going to escalate to confirm.
Agent says will take 24hrs so I would check and do it now before you need.
 
I double checked my wife's and my status yesterday after renewal of Bonvoy Titanium and we both still had United Silver status.
 
Just checked - it’s there for me, too.
 
Mine appeared to be no longer linked one year (end of month) after I originally linked them. I don't think it was tied to my Titanium renewal as I am Lifetime and there is no renewal.
 
Took just 24hrs but mine was restored. Agent on chat saw it was linked. It appears to be somewhat random who is affected. I am just glad I checked since I use that status to get a discount on clear.
 
Mine disappeared. On chat now. I've been Titanium for 5 years. First time it has not auto renewed for me.
 
I had to request via chat, wait 72 hours, then follow up with another chat but it eventually was corrected.
 
Mine was restored without intervention in the past week. It had dropped off last year for some reason, but I credit everything on Star Alliance to Air Canada where Star Alliance Gold is a bit better than UA Silver, so doubt I’ll use it with United. Still nice to have as a backup.
