Is this happening to others as well. Also not getting them on WM side either.

Yes my email is correct, and I get all other wyndham and WM emails. Just not confirmations.

I've had the opposite experience - I continue to get confirmations for reservations - and for upgrades - but am no longer getting some of the Wyndham sales and marketing type emails or other announcements. It's intermittent for me - which makes it even more difficult to troubleshoot. I have the senders whitelisted - so it's not a spam/quarantine issue.

If you are talking about the "your vacation is confirmed" emails, I get them.

Marketing email seem to go to an old email I never use anymore.

I made a reservation last night and received the confirmation. I also cancelled one this morning and correctly received the confirmation. I have missed them in the past, though. But it seems to be working correctly for me currently.

I have two check-ins in the next 9 days and I didn't get any notification at two weeks prior for either one.

It doesn't happen all the time but every once in awhile I don't get the email confirmations for reservations I've made or for canceled reservations.

I've had it happen that I wouldn't get the email confirmations for one owner but would get them for the other owners when I've made multiple reservations.

I sometimes get those upcoming reservation emails for reservations I've cancelled. I could understand if those reservations were cancelled just a few days before that but they were cancelled weeks to over a month ago.

All of the above -
* Usually get my confirmations when I book
* Usually get the 'Your Vacation is Just Around the Corner' 2 weeks from checkin (often duplicate copies of that one)
* Once in a blue moon get the marketing and sales and owner emails. There was a time that I did. It has been years.
* And, as Jan described, messages even though I've cancelled
* A few times I've received old messages confirming a cancellation from months earlier
* And I guess let's not forget getting messages for the wrong owner account (not our account at all) - although that has been long time so that could be presumed fixed

Amused or whatever - these type of blunders were simply not acceptable on the last application I worked on. We sent a lot of emails and texts and missed or duplicated issues were addressed immediately. It was an employee health incentive platform and money was involved (discounts off premiums, etc), I don't think the zero tolerance for faulty software was because it was health related, I think it was because the corporation held us (IT) to very high standards. They also invested a lot of money in the platform.

The confirmation emails stopped coming for months on my account - only for a specific email address. Changing owner signins or changing the address it to a different one worked for that address.

In the past month, it magically started working again - perhaps because I've been using incognito mode (inprivate browsing in MS Edge) due to other signon issues. The website is a moving target of issues for me.

I'd say my hit rate for getting these "two weeks or a few days in advance of the reservation start date is between 50-75%. I don't track this metric, so that's just a SWAG of course - but I don't always receive them, and typically after we arrive at a resort - it jogs my memory to recall if I ever received the advanced notifications of this nature, and I can say for sure that it's not 100% of the time - probably closer to 50%. Like @Jan M. I also often receive notifications for cancelled reservations - oftentimes even when those cancellations were processed well outside of the 15 day window.

Outside of the immediate reservation confirmation emails, the rest of the reported email issues have nothing to do with the website itself. The website has no code or interactions with the back end processes that run to send the other types of email communications in other words. So the "Your vacation is just around the corner" type emails, or sales/marketing emails, etc., are all generated via back end processes only. It makes sense that if you change your account's primary email address to a different email, might result in changing the behavior since the kicks off a change to your account (at least in theory), that updates the back end systems.

There's also the "Primary point of contact" data that is not editable online. This is displayed under your My Ownership section of the Owner Dashboard area.

Changes to this data (and yes - I just logged in and mine is blank at present - it wasn't blank yesterday LOL) - require a phone call into Wyndham. For those of you who aren't receiving certain kinds of email communications, it might be worth calling into Owner Services and ensuring that your Point of Contact data is correct.

Yes, and unless they've streamlined the process, when you call they will tell you to send a request in writing signed by all owners (it can be scanned and emailed, though). But this ensured that I started getting the most "official" owner emails such as website updates, new policies, and other announcements.

It shows the correct email address there. I am just not receiving confirmations anymore.

Same for your profile email address? Also showing the same correct email address? This is the one you can actually change. I'd also check to ensure your email address(es) are correct under the financial section.

I just made a reservation a few days ago and also, for the first time, did not get a reservation confirmation.

I seem to be getting confirmations again.

When I book a reservation online, the system shows on screen the confirmation. I always print that screen before leaving the site. I do receive the confirm emails quickly. I actually have received confirmations that are for general suites at the very large multiple building resorts
