My husband and I foolishly bought into a timeshare at Westgate Orlando when we visited Orlando on September 1st. We are from Barbados. I would like to cancel the timeshare but I am outside of the 10 day period as it is now 22nd October but I have not fully paid the deposit. How do I get out of this? Help me please.

There is probably no way to "get out of it" in that Westgate will probably never say "Oh, sure, we forgive you."
However, if I were in your shoes, I'd just stop paying, ignore any letters from a collections agency, and let them eventually foreclose on it.

Stop paying. I don't think there is anything they can do to collect this offshore debt. You won't get back what you have already paid, but there is no reason to pay more. They treat their owners poorly, so be happy you are losing as little as you are.
