It says NO UPFRONT FEE. So I called to check what the back fee would be. The guy said - oh - it's 550.00 - but it's not an "upfront fee," it's a listing fee. I said - oh that's an upfront fee - but your website says NO UPFRONT FEE. So he went to the site and agreed, yes, it was HIS site. He was confused.

So he went to get his manager. So the manager said oh no - that's the broker service not us. If you qualify, you can get no upfront fee, but you'll pay 15% when you sell. I said great! I'd take it. He said oh oh - go with us.:hysterical:

I hung up.

That is a feeder site for Sellmytimesharenow. I believe the inventory shown there mostly populates from the sellmytimesharenow site and also includes listings from their brokerage, Timeshare Broker Services.

If you own a property of high value and agree to a net price below the current market range, the broker will accept the listing without an upfront fee but subject to a significant commission due upon sale. If your ownership isn't easily sold- you'll have to pay an upfront fee.

With your Marriott and Hilton ownerships- you will probably find selling options available to you that most sellers cannot get. You'll simply want to compare the upfront costs versus a commission at closing and go where you think the cost will be less.

Did you place the Tug classified yet?

Yes - I lowered my price to (I won't write it here as it would appear as an ad) but to a very low price - way lower than any price on tug or redweek.
