No MVC Reservation history show up

I just noticed that our MVC reservation history was gone since last Thursday. in the past a few days, whenever I tried to access reservation history, there is a message "An error occurred. Please try again or contact us for assistance" Should I contact MVC CS for an answer?

Anyone has similar encounters?
