No 'change reservation' window in availability?

I have a reservation at Sea world 12/31-1/5. But when I try to "change your reservation" and the availability window comes up, my reservation does not appear. Usually when I do this I see a window with my current reservation cost in points, and can drag the slider to add or remove days.

I still see this for my other reservations in 2024 and 2025. Just not this one.

Is there any reason why this would be true?

Maybe because it is in 2 different years?

I wondered. Like I can understand why it wouldn't let me remove just 12/31, because then it would require 2025 points instead of 2024 points. But it should allow me to remove 1/5 and end the reservation 1/4, right?

but if this is just one of those known quirks, I can call and have them remove 1/5.

Yeah, it’s probably too hard for their system. I mean it can’t even decide whether I’m Max or not.

I have a reservation at Marbrissa in October and SeaWorld in January and I don't see the existing points used the the change in points used if I go into Change reservation. It must either be a system "enhancement" or an issue that really needs to be corrected.

Have you called Csr Service?
