NO!! I buy resale only. It is just sad that after a person potentially paid so much to a developer, they get the run around.
Oft times, rather than playing the however many months out game, it is better to just get a nice hotel when and where you want.

I was able to reserve our WKORV OFD studio for Feb7th 2026 (exactly at 12 months out) and received confirmation in 3 minutes (9:03pm PST)

Is this just a high demand week? I checked in last night. Booked 12 months out on the dot, and got ground floor behind aunties. 2 bedroom, and I own ocean view. Worst owner room in years. I mention this as I also booked next year and the availability in this thread applies. .
