2 1/2 hours on hold, I finally talked to a human being!
Looks like my credit pool did not come over and my 2018 use year points seem off. She put me on hold to talk with support. When she came back, she said she sent a ticket in to get the points audited. She did say she saw them in the old system so that is a good sign.
I also asked if there was something I could do with the 96,250 points I have now in use year 2017 that was the result of changing the use years on my contracts. Didn't sound hopeful there. Would have liked to put those points out but since I'm not in the 1st 3 months. I can't do that now. They said maybe customer care could look into that but wasn't sure what they could do but she did send a ticket for that as well.
