A points tab appeared in my account today; the methodology is a mess, but the ultimate points total is correct.

Oh boy - Now I can see my points available. AND Wynhdam, in their infinite wisdom, let me use 3 clicks, 3 different refreshed to show me the information that I used to be able to see in ONE action !

yeah, lets turn something simple and easy to use into something convoluted and hard to use. That is a big improvement. Can't Wyndham show all points on 1 window, the points do not have to be a size 30 font.

Mine is still a mess. I don't see any of my pool credits that I know I had left over on the new site on any of the new use years.

I also think my 2018 use year points are missing 29,900 points!

I've been on hold for almost 1 1/2 hours this morning trying to get an explanation from them.

2 1/2 hours on hold, I finally talked to a human being!

Looks like my credit pool did not come over and my 2018 use year points seem off. She put me on hold to talk with support. When she came back, she said she sent a ticket in to get the points audited. She did say she saw them in the old system so that is a good sign.

I also asked if there was something I could do with the 96,250 points I have now in use year 2017 that was the result of changing the use years on my contracts. Didn't sound hopeful there. Would have liked to put those points out but since I'm not in the 1st 3 months. I can't do that now. They said maybe customer care could look into that but wasn't sure what they could do but she did send a ticket for that as well.
