I'm not sure broken is the best word to describe it. An acronym comes to mind. FUBAR

It is currently missing from the new site.
Any know how to look at your guest confirmation count? I see a message 'you have at least 1' when adding a guest, but is there a true count anywhere like we used to see?
Note: I still don't have access, but a friend has let me take a took (thank goodness through TUG I had some warning - this is just awful).
Thank you! this worked for me using the Edge browser. It was so reassuring to see my pooled points remaining. It's diabolical of them not to provide that link when the page does exist.Once you login to the site and go to My Ownership, if you manually change the last portion of the URL to "/points-balance.page?" I was able to manually navigate to my Points Balance.
Alternately, once you login, if you paste the entire URL - "https://www.myclubwyndham.com/mycw/ownership/points-balance.page?", it should theoretically have the same effect.

I can't. For me, the Total Use Year Points (your screenshot shows 77,000) number ranges from the thousands to over 6M. I don't see any rhyme or reason to it (I don't own 6M points, not even close).I don't have a points tab, but I can get to the page using the link above (thanks for posting!)
It seems to be confused due to my use year re-alignment that happened on May 15. Wyndham re-aligned my contracts to all have a Jan use year, and as of that date the old site only showed the Jan use year along with the prorated points they added to my account that expire on 12/31/2017. This new points page is still showing my July use year. I seem to have a use year that spans over 12 months. It shows 4 "Current Use Years." Can anyone make sense of this? I have no pooled points.
