New to renting out my week

If somebody wants to rent my week, do I need an agreement form? How do I collect funds?
Is there a specific form that I need to use?

There are a lot of TUGers that are I assume are quite successful at renting they timeshares. I have looked at https://rent.tug2.net but one thing that is not in there is a sample rental agreement. Also, would some of you successful renters be willing to share you wisdom on deposits, cancellations , etc. We find ourselves in a position to start renting out our timeshares but really would like some sort of mentorship if anyone is willing to take us on.
