Hi,
Just trying to do my first exchange through II.
Questions:
It asks me to pick specific resorts and when I do, the confirmation of transaction at the end is showing ALL the resorts. However, I DID NOT select all the resorts?

Also, it is asking for an exchange fee. What if I don't get the exchange? I still have to pay the exchange fee? That doesn't sound right. I use another exchange company and I only pay the fee when I am booked.

I sent an email to II, but have not heard back. I'm only using them because I want to exchange my Marriott in Newport to Hawaii in 2009. Is this a hopeless attempt?

Any helpful tips on doing an exchange on line, would be great.

Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand your first question. Can you clarify that question?

You pay an exchange fee at the time of request. If you dont get the exchange or cancel the request you are refunded the exchange fee.

You might be best off calling the II exchange dept and have them run you through it while you are on the website.

Hi,
I tried again.

I picked Maui as my destination choice. It comes up with a choice of resorts.
There are about 6 resorts that I would like. I pick those 6 resorts. But, it is showing ALL the resorts on the confirmation page.
It shows resorts that I did not select and would not want.

Thanks.

Never mind...I figured it out.

I was doing it wrong. I need to select the ones I don't want.

Thanks.
