Timeshares only? Reputable if my wife & I are looking to rent a timeshare [next year]?
Prices on some floating weeks are very cheap.
I have no idea if we will proceed but very tempting.
Thoughts or concerns?

Timeshares Only does not have a great reputation around here - here are several threads about this company. click here

We have a strict no advertising rule in the discussion forums, so I removed some info. from your post, but I'd like to suggest that you click on "Marketplace" in the red bar at the top of the page and check out our classified and do some price comparison. www.redweek.com is also a well-established and reputable site for renting from an owner.

Thank you for the insight. Like I said I am very new and seeing some super cheap prices to rent for a week is very unbelievable to me.
