There is a simple rule for ALL timeshare business offers:
NEVER pay an upfront fee, no matter what they call it. REPUTABLE brokers charge a commission AFTER they sell or rent your timeshare.
Also - If they want you to convert to their points or program: I would never buy into an unproven start-up company with no track record.
