Somehow I don't think so. I say that because those summer weeks rent well so I think you will have increased competion from "rental" companies and individuals that want to have a GO in their portfolio.
I'm always in the market for GO Gold OF weeks. I scored 2 on RW at $7500 each and that is the lowest I've seen. I was forced to sell a third one I had because I basically got an offer I couldn't refuse at $13.5K last year.
My dream is to have at least 4 so that when we're empty nesters in 6 years we can spend Sept at the GO. I don't think there is a better spot to enjoy an indian summer than HHI in Sept.
I'm a virtual employee who can work wherever my computer is and I can get a WiFi signal, and my wife is a homemaker so I could be working while vacationing on HHI. That's what keeps me going when my job stress gets the best of me.
