Resorts Owned
Bluegreen/HGVMAX
Hi Everyone. We are Bluegreen owners for years and bought into HGVMax. We have the HH Credit card and we will upgrade to the ASPIRE one. Any good pointers tips on the Club and card would be great!! We are thinking we will have more options adventually and my husband likes abilities Hotels. I just hope it’s a great program 😊 Any advice would be greatly appreciated! TIA

When did you purchase?

How new? Still in the cancellation/rescission period?

Wednesday we have 5 days to rescind
Then it would seem that you are on day five TODAY. If you want to, you need to send that rescission letter today.

The reason the question was asked is because there are better and cheaper ways to get access to Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties with more reliable access to resort availability.

We always suggest to rescind/cancel. Then you have lots of time to research more.

I would also suggest that you rescind immmediately and then research.

As others have already suggested, you should rescind right away. This gives you the time to properly research your options, and if you later decide that purchasing direct is truly the best fit, the developer will always be happy to sell to you again. As Dioxide mentioned, there are more cost-effective ways to enjoy HGVC properties than buying direct.

Best of luck, OP!

^^^^ This.

You have a lot of money at stake. The sales staff paints a rosy picture, omitting the detail that the same stuff can be purchased on the resale market for 0% - 20% of the retail cost.

You have only one chance to rescind; you can always pay retail if you later decide everyone here is wrong.

hope you were able to send your cancellation letter today and save yourself thousands of dollars!

Here is some information from the Bluegreen Vacation Club about the HGV Max Program.
I agree with all the above comments about rescinding your purchase and buying resale Hilton Grand Vacation Club if that is the access you want. It will be very difficult to reserve any high demand HGVC properties at 6 months out.
