Based on what I have seen over the last month or so, Wyndham resale prices are going up. Those companies/sellers who pay all Closing (estoppel and transfer) Fees still have bids over $150. Those who require buyers to pay some or all of the fees usually have bids in the single digits, but when you account for those, you're STILL paying over $150. The more people see the perks with Wyndham timeshare resales, the higher the prices will go.
I just paid less than $50 for a Biennial Odd 128000 points at Star Island, and a TUGGER gave me (he's paying all transfer and closing costs) 105000 annual Club Wyndham Access points. Based on my math, that averages 297000 points per year (233000 every EVEN year, 361000 every ODD year)! I don't see getting any more than that in the next few years.
