New old music or old songs I don't remember.

I was listening to Pandora and this song played a couple of times. I never heard it before and wondered who it was. I was surprised it was an old song from 1975. Anyway, it became stuck between my ears long enough that I looked it up.

There's another YouTube video of the band playing the same song at another time, and he isn't chewing gum. So it was probably him just being a "rebel." You know, "too cool for school," and so forth.

I think it is pretty obvious the band is lip syncing in this video, which was pretty common for TV broadcasts in that timeframe. American Bandstand did it all the time, for example.

Well, I did play the rock-n-roll kazoo for a time. Pretty hard to chew gum and play a kazoo, lol. If air guitar counts then I'm still active.

I have interest in the bass guitar and checking into who the bass player in this band was I discovered that he and his new wife were on Pan Am 103.
