New cumbersome closing/transfer requirements by Daily Management

It is part of the forms you have to fill out to transfer ownership once you have a buyer and have a sale agreement in place. You or the closing company will request a copy from DM. I have a copy, here it is.

Just received the points for one of my Grandview purchases. For me the entire process took about 4 months. But I have another Grandview purchase that I'm still waiting on.

Got mine done rather fast earlier this month. RCI account up and running with the points for this year but still waiting on the paperwork from DM.

Just received the welcome email from DM. Everything went through in about 1 month from start to finish. RCI account was up much faster as stated earlier. Already have my first reservation through RCI for next month.
