New Bali Resort

Just got an e-mail from Vista saying this new Marriott Bali resort will soon be available to book with Club points:

Looks interesting and a destination I was thinking of visiting in the not-too-distant future.

We booked a 3BR at the Terrace last month using MVC DCP-Points.
The 3BR: 330 DCP-Points/Night [after 30%-Discount] works out to ~$200/Night in MF.
Assuming it will be made available for booking shortly via Vistana once Abound is live.

The Terrace is new which is adjacent to the Gardens.

We have rooms booked at the Terrace [3BR] and Gardens [2BR] for this December.
Will provide insights once we get back from vacation.

Definitely not on a beach.

However, there appears to be distant views of the water from a hill.
Walk to the beach is about 3/4 mile.

I read in a thread on the Marriott forum that the Terrace was colocated with the Renaissance resort and could use the amenities? I beleive the Gardens is collocated with a Courtyard hotel?
