I have had to call HGVC CS the last few days to change reservations. Two different CS reps has stated something about 65% off promotion. I asked what was 65% off but really don’t get a clear answer. Does anyone know what they are talking about?
That's the discounts on the HVC side of things through Max. I've copied them below. While they do sound like they're great discounts some of the point charts for the HVC resorts are set up kind of funny. For example, Cabo Azul is peak season all year but that doesn't really match what the demand is (i.e., higher demand in the winter months and tapering off to quite low in the late summer when it's really hot). I haven't checked the point charts for the other destinations in DRI as there aren't many others I'm remotely interested in.
As an aside, the discounts are not showing up in my HVC account likely due to all my points on that side being resale and not in The Club.
