I just got off the phone with RCI AGAIN! It seems my Peregrine unit, week 10, made its way back into my "deposit" folder, after being in my "exchange" folder. This week was having some kind of "issue" earlier, last week. It seems that RCI didn't think I owned it anymore??? I don't know how they figured that, but it was in some kind of "location" where OWNERSHIP needed to be verified by the resort (not just the standard "paying the maintenance fees" verification). After the week was returned again to the "deposit" folder, I called them to see what was going on. They said they needed to check ownership with the resort. Ok, so why has it gone back into the "deposit" folder again then? So I waited a few days, and called again. They then said I need to call the resort and talk to them. So I did. While I was on the phone with my resort, she verified week 10 and went ahead and verified week 15 while she was at it. About an hour later when I checked, both weeks were sitting there in my "exchange" folder. So I played with them for a bit . . . you know, seeing if the pulled the same things, etc.
So, today, about a week later, I decided I was going to do some searching while watching a little TV. When I log into RCI, the week 10 is BACK IN MY DEPOSIT FOLDER!
ARGH!!! Now, mind you, week 15 that was verified at the same time is STILL in my EXCHANGE folder! So, fuming mad, I called RCI again!! The guy says he'll re-deposit it, like this is magically going to fix the problem. so, I asked to speak to his supervisor to see if we can figure out WHY has the week gone back to begin with! The supervisor can't figure it out either! But he says he'll send an email to the liason between RCI and my resort to see if they can figure out the issue.
