I will be renting my fixed week and need a contract for the person to sign. Does anyone have a blank one? Or recommendations of where I can get one?

I have never used a rental contract to rent from anyone. We verbally agree, I pay, they send a guest reservation. Very simple transaction no need for a rental agreement IMHO.

I would never rent without a contract. Too many things can get "misunderstood".

Its a simple agreement between two parties. IMHO no need for a rental agreement. Emails or texts as what is agreed upon is all I need. Once I receive a Confirmation of reservation its a done deal. Very cut and dry.

Hi TilleyGirl,

Here is a link to a few examples of timeshare rental agreements used by TUGgers. They are located about half way down the page under Timeshare Renting And Advice Articles:
https://tug2.net/timeshare_advice/free-timeshare-owner-advice-articles.html

Redweek also offers an example of a rental agreement:

Thank you RNCollins! I had the same question, searched the threads and found what I was looking for. Love Tug! FL
