Need help with Timeshare Closing Services

Are you sure that Timeshare Closing Services is reputable??? I was never really that worried about our sale since people spoke highly of them on this site but it's been a little too long now and I'm starting to wonder....

We found a buyer last June (yes, June!) and started the process with Timeshare Closing Services. They have made little mistakes all along the way causing delay after delay. Now our buyer is starting to freak out (which I probably would have done long ago!). Please let me know if you have any feedback about this company. Also, if you have any ideas on how to get compensation for the lost trading power, etc and how to make this sale finally go through!!
