need help renting

I have only rented to tuggers before-just posted a Quarter House week on Redweek and have an interested party within 24 hrs! What to do re money? Half now and rest a month before? Other possibilities? Recommended rental agreement?

Anita - This is how I handle rentals. If you wait until a month before check-in to require the final payment, you run the risk of the renter backing out, and not being able to rent the timeshare.

1. $100 deposit
2. Send the renter a confirmation - issued by resort in their name
3. Balance due in full
4. No refunds - no cancellations
