Need Help. New to this

I've spent time reading as much as possible on here. The simple fact seems to be, don't pay upfront fees to get out. But, I've done Redweek and Ebay. What's my alternative? I've been contacted multiple times by companies that gurantee I can get out, but I have a hard time buying that, especially for a few grand. With that said, what do I do with my timeshare ([deleted]) that nobody wants?
