Need help for Williamsburg area

Italian food: Sal's by Victor; coupon in tourist magazine

Cheese Shop for walking around food and beer

Wear comfy shoes as you will walk A LOT in CW (colonial williamsburg)

Pretzel rolls at the bakery in CW, down Duke of Glouchester (DOG) Street on the left behind a bldg, ask someone as you'll never find it on your own; very unique, yummy rolls

Walk to the Williamsburg Inn, go through all the public rooms/restaurants and outside front and back; lovely

Walk on the campus of William & Mary, Wren Bldg (students give tours), Sunken Gardens, ask to see the Crim Dell Bridge; wonderful. You will say, "now this is a college campus". second oldest in the nation; six weeks younger than Harvard, only one chartered by a king/queen of England; oldest honor code and the Six Time Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers head coach, Mike Tomlin, is a grad and gave the commencement address to my daughter's class in May.

If you have time, late in the week, go to DC to see the cherry blossoms; breath taking; check internet for update on blossoms; they bloom late March, early April

You can spend a week in Wmsburg and not see everything.

So Andar,

How was your trip to Williamsburg and what were the highlights for you and your sister?
