Need Help Finding Orange Lake's Annual Review

Good Evening,

If you can help me find Orange Lake's annual review, it would be greatly appreciated. I found the Resort in Review document from 2012, but cannot find a more recent document that outlines items like upcoming renovations, capital and reserve budgets, etc. I am in the process or purchasing a resale at Orange Lake and wanted to review the most recent version of those files before signing a contract.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
What section (east, west, north, river island)? For budget info, I would think each HOA would be separate.
