I used to have an easy time navigating in Google Maps.

That is no longer true.

If I enter a destination location (Point A), I haven't been able to figure out how to scroll North, South, East and West from Point A - I can Zoom In and Out within certain constraints but can't scroll in different directions like I used to be able to do.

Probably an easy fix.

Any help appreciated.

When I call up a point on my iPad, I can zoom in and out by using the pinch/spread with two fingers and drag the map in any direction with one finger.

Works both with a single point as well as on a route.

Cheers

This doesn't work on a PC.

Looks like using the arrow keys on the keyboard moves the map.

I knew there was an easy solution.

Thanks

On my PC, I can click and drag to move, or of course just slide my finger in any direction on the touch screen. But click and drag does work fine for me.

Google map Tips and trick

Hi MULTIZ321,

Google map Tips and tricks:
1.Open the Google Maps app on phone or PC.
2.Search for a place or touch it on the map.
3.Touch and hold the transportation button. It'll show a car, bike, or person walking. Choose you transportation type and start travel.

Hoping, you are satisfy with my comments.:)

Not only can you click and drag with the mouse to move the map, if you do it real fast and let go of the mouse button while you're still moving the mouse, you can make the map glide into a new position. The faster you move the mouse, the further the map glides before it stops. I don't have a touch screen (hate looking at fingerprints), but I image it works the same way.
