Need advice. Summers Bay week 52

Hello all, new here and looking for advice. Wife & I want out of our TS. It's at Summers Bay in Clermont, FL, right at Disney. It's an RCI deal, week 52, and has 75k points yearly. The mortgage is paid, and Maint fees are $1100. What do you guys think is the best course of action?

But my friends experience has been that your membership benefits don’t transfer and you are best to simply give it back
 
Plus … they currently have special assessments that are way too much for anyone that would want to obsorb
