Trying to think up all the different scenerios to maximize my goal.

I need 2-3BR units (or accomodations to sleep 12 adults and 6 kids) in May 2007 in Williamsburg (preferably Fairfield Kingsgate). I own 1-3BR at Kingsgate (week 14) and 1-2BR at Mayan Palace. My first usable weeks are 2007 (MP) and 2008 (Fairfield).

What's the best way to do this with what I have? If so, with which exchange company?

I'm thinking the only way is to get an internal exchange through Fairfield (is there such a thing?) and use both 2007 and 2008 MP weeks to get 2-2BR units (as I'm told it is hard to exchange into a 3BR).

Or would it be better to just use my 2008 and 2009 Fairfield weeks?

I am sorry if this sounds like a no-brainer but the more I think about it the more my brain freezes up

Nightly rates are based on per week basis.
All prices are shown in US DOLLARS.
At these prices its better to use getaways and save your units for some tougher trades.
You will need to get 3 units, but you could do that for about $1,100.00 total.

That's $374/week for GOLD members
$399/week for regular members
last figure is nightly avg
if you're renting several, it may pay to pay for GOLD.

I agree. Use Interval International Getaways. I reserved Memorial Day at King's Creek for this year. About a month ago, there were 3-bedrooms available for $379. They are gone now and also the price has gone up. So around Thanksgiving or Christmas next year, you should be able to get 2 3-bedroom units in Williamsburg for May for about $400 each for the week. Save your owned weeks for another year. I joined II because they have more Williamsburg available than RCI.

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. Looks like II Getaways are the way to go.
