Need a contract generator

Hi - I was going to generate a contract through TSTDOCUMENTS.com but it looks like their code has a bug right now. I can't select options on the fee page, so it won't allow the contract package to generate. Not sure how long it will take before they respond to my email.

Is there another self-created contract that anybody recommends? The buyer is in Florida, if that makes a difference.
