Anyone disappointed the NBA Lockout will be settled?

The NBA turned me off well before this dispute. I was hoping the season would be cancelled for two reasons. First being I was enjoying not having it occupy my television set and newspaper and second players and owners in other sports will not learn anything by this. When the next labour agreement comes up in another sport both sides will threaten a work stoppage.

I will go out of my way to avoid everything NBA. College is a much better game as well as other sports.

I understand it is good for all the support workers especially in arenas where the NBA is the only major tenant.

In no way is this meant to be political.

I couldn't agree more. They are just a bunch of seriously overpaid players. I won't miss it one bit if they did not have a season.

Couldn't care less about the NBA. Fantastic athletes, but that's about all.

I find the NBA to be riveting during the playoffs. All pro athletes in major sports are over paid. Professional basketball players are the best athletes overall IMO.

Professional Roundball.

In the NBA, according to my brother, every 24 seconds 10 millionaires jump up into the air.

The NBA is one of the best sports to watch up close. The players are amazing.

I gave up trying once "good" seats cost me $150 per ticket. Floor seats are $750 each. I can't stomach paying that much for a regular season game.

I also think that the NBA showed a lot of true colors this time from both the owners and players. Both sides make a fortune and the fans are the ones who lose out.
