That is the one piece of hope. Extended stay hotels typically offer some type of kitchen. So if they are already doing the work for kitchens on those floors why not do it for the timeshare units as well. I could live without an oven but at least a 2-3 burner cooktop and at least a 3/4 size fridge would be nice!
I was just trying to do the math- the plans say 168 timeshare and 144 extended stay hotel so that's 312 total units and there are 14 floors of rooms. So that would be an average of 22 units per floor.
Grand Chateau has 21 per floor with 7 villas in each tower per floor. (1-3BR; 4-2BR, and 2-1BR) with 32 villa floors and a total of 651 villas. (Some floors have less due to the Sales Gallery on 36 & 37; and executive offices on 5)
The parcel size of Grand Chateau is 1.08 Acres while Nashville is somewhat smaller at 0.79 acres
So actually it seems there may be room for full villas. Let's hope so!! Would be a fantastic development if they really do offer full villas!
