We bought a 2BR resort view EY at Nanea from Westin. Our deed shows 148,100 points, no unit number, no week, no mention of “Flex”. Reading through posts it’s not clear to me what we bought. Is Nanea part of a Flex program? If we don’t use a year, my understanding is we have 148.1k StarOptions to use at 8 months to book elsewhere. If we book at Nanea and try to rent it out, does a 2BR resort view rental typically cover the Maint Fees? Thanks!
If there is a page that answers these questions, that would be great as well.

Nanea has its own Flex-type program. Therefore, you didn't by a 2-bedroom resort view. What you purchased was 148,100 Nanea Home Options. That number of Home Options will allow you to stay in a 2-bedroom resort view villa for one week. You are correct that your Home Options convert to StarOptions which can be used to book elsewhere in the Vistana system at 8 months out.

As to the rentability of a Nanea 2-bedroom resort view, I'll let someone else answer that as I do not have experience with that.

Yes, you can rent it out and probably clear your maintenance fees plus maybe up to about $1k. Check out Redweek.com which is one place you can use to rent, or at least see what others have rented for.

Looks like people are asking between $3000 and $7500 on Redweek. That top end is very ambitious and doesn't look to be getting any takers. I think realistically you could get between $3500 up to $5000 for premium weeks. I say 'could' because nothing is guaranteed. Personally, if I were a renter I'd never chose Nanea Resort View, there are some nice ones but knowing my luck I'd get a stinker (parking lot) of which there are many.
