name change on booking

i made a name change on line yesterday to an hgvc booking how long does
it take for the e-mail confirmation

I tend to think that you'd have it by now.
Confirmations are usually generated automatically.

I advise calling HGVC today to make sure the change
was received, or if there was some issue with it.
 
HGVC has NEVER (and I've done guest certs like 5 times this year) sent an email to the person that you issue the guest cert to.

I don't even know why they have it in there.

Further, they don't even send YOU an email with the other person's name on it either.

I personally think it's for telemarketing purposes.
