I just booked a 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom at Grand Chateau in Las Vegas. The room description after I booked said 1 bedroom, island view, balcony and mini kitchen. There are no balconies. What island? These suites have full kitchens.

Marriott IT apparently has its work cut out for it.

They called back after about 2 hours. They need to hire more people or something. I was just trying to pay my MF's, for crying out loud. Why would they change my account?

Seems like they may have taken some of Vistana’s superior IT capabilities but are having issues implementing it

The MVC website was my-vacationclub.com.
You can still use that URL, it just diverts you to owners.marriottvacationclub.com
