Received a call this week from MyTimeshareSolutions. They are advertising to buy my timeshare for $1600, with a 100% refund guarantee if not removed from ownership in 6 months. Anyone worked with this company that can advise? Thanks.

Sounds like they want you to pay them $1,600 up front to sell your place, and then they'll give it back to you if they don't sell it within 6 months. NOT. Run as fast as you can. NO MONEY UP FRONT. The company (and your hard earned money) will be long gone 6 months from now!

Any legitimate resale company will charge you a commission or fee based upon a completed transaction. Everything else is pure BS.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, they want $1600 up front before taking control of the property, and stated it could take 90+ days to complete the transaction. I did some more research on this company and found out that their website was just launched about 1 month ago. Also, when attempting to access their website, I was stopped due to a security scan my computer performs on every website...it detected malware and viruses. So, no go with this company. Thanks again.
