Been waiting on a resale to show up in my account and noticed it was there today. I also notice that I am now Silver! I am sure that someone will notice and take it away, but it will be fun while it lasts.

You may be in great shape. As I understand it, all existing VIP Status owners are grandfathered in conjunction with the "raising of the bar" on VIP Eligabiilty.

I just own one small developer purchase and everthing else is resale. I never was VIP and have suddenly become Silver.
 
Book / upgrade as many reservations as you can...as the old saying goes "smoke'em if you got'em"

If bank makes mistake and puts $10K in your account and you spend they will beat up and make return.

Based on posts I have read over the years Wyndham does have corporate contract auditors to keep salepeople honest. They do pay extra attention where resales and VIP are involved and have defrocked several VIPs, but have not come after them for benefits used, although could cancel a pending reservation and make you pay full tab! :cheer:
