My wife and I are going to great smokey mtn lodge

It is a nice area, you will like it there. The units are decorated in what I would call "Woodland rustic cabin". Very convenient to shopping and dining. Is this what you wanted to know?

Yes helpful. Also it's wife's birthday, I'm afraid we might have been in middle of nowhere. I need a nice restaurant.

Is she old enough to have wine with dinner yet? :)

The Old Mill in Pigeon Forge

If you like Italian, I recommend Two Brothers Italian Restaurant. It's relatively close to Great Smokies Lodge and Wyndham Smoky Mountains in Sevierville. I wouldn't call it very romantic due to its open air layout, but their food is EXCELLENT and reasonably priced. I would call this a casual restaurant.

If you are wanting something more like fine dining, then you need to ask someone else.

No, we have to eat more than once☺. So thanks, has anyone heard of the greenbrier? It was on restaurant.Com usually they are not first rate.

On another note, Highway 441 that runs through Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, & Gatlinburg usually has ALLOT of traffic on it. Please don't plan on traveling quickly on that highway.

Man do I know. Went through there few years back, had a high car show there. Too two hours to go through town. And it ain't that big!
