my rescission rights

Thanks to knowledgeable folks here in TUG and with their recommendations, i'm rescinding my "bad deal" i signed on a couple days ago. i signed this past Tuesday (6/27) and i have total of 7 calendar days to cancel, which i'm doing now.

but since this is my first time doing this (and hopefully last time), aside from signing and mail (certified) this attached document here, do i need to also send all the catalog and mumble jumbo package they gave me at the time of signing?

I usually suggest adding the line to the rescission letter:
'Promotional materials to be returned under separate cover.'
then send it by the cheapest means. (parcel post)

I recommend that you follow ALL the specific instructions exactly as written. Unless there are more instructions, it looks like you can send a letter (recommend certified as you have already been advised) but it also states that you can fax. Of course both wouldn't hurt in my opinion either. Nothing like double kill that sale.

I didn't see any instructions about any material given at sales presentation. Maybe I missed it somewhere.

You can still rescind and do nothing with the junk. They might charge you. They might not. But either way, it's of no value to you.

Years ago we rescinded a Marriott (I think) timeshare in Aruba. We still use the very nice towels
