Hi all,

I was looking through tug2 and give a description of room amenities - but is there a quick search for hotel amenities like what type of pools like kid pool or adult pool or lazy river etc? Anyone know offhand if any of the MVC/Sheraton/Westin has a Lazy River?

Best

Edit: Did some searches - I saw Lakeshore has one - does the Grande Vista?

Lakeshore Reserve has a lazy river that is really nice. What a gorgeous pool area that is at Lakeshore. Bonnet Creek does as well, but that is a Wyndham (Blech!).

We loved Volcano Bay waterpark for the gigantic lazy river. An annual pass for that waterpark used to be available, but I am unsure if it still is. It was by far the best lazy river I have floated around in for hours. My little granddaughter was 3 1/2 and it was her favorite thing to do at that huge waterpark. She is so like her grandma.

I remember an article about little rivers inside hotel rooms by I. P. Knightly.

I'm not sure I agree about Lakeshore. Yes, many do refer to it as a lazy river, and I would say "kind of." The current is very very very weak in some sections. It's not like you could plop yourself in an innertube and be carried in a never ending circle. The lazy river intersects with the pool, so I would not think of it as a waterpark ride. However, yes, the setting is fantastic.

I am personally not a waterpark person, but I LOVE Volcano Bay at Universal. So, I second that recommendation.

The pool area at Lakeshore is so relaxing. One of the best resorts in Orlando.
