Does anyone know anything about this resort? The only reviews are quite old, and I am having a tough time finding anything about the timeshare portion of this resort. I have a January week on hold with RCI, and I really need some place to stay that week in January. The only other option was the Park Royal, and that didn't sound too good either. I appreciate any help you can give me.

I stayed there a few years ago. It's a few minute (10) ride to either Cabo san Lucas or Jose del Cabo, you're in the middle of the 2. At the time, we took the city bus, which stops outside the resort, to get to each town. I believe there is also a shuttle that you can sign up for to take you to either town also.
The beach is large and wide, pool is nice, rooms are average. There are a couple of restaurants and spa there. It was not run down and I would stay there again.
Having not stayed at any other place in Cabo, I can't compare it to anywhere else.
 
There are some Extra Vacation rentals on RCI for January 2011 in Cabo if you want to rent instead of exchange.
