MVC Additional Guest in points ressie vs Change Arriving Guest Information form

For the first time I booked a villa for my daughter without my also being present in another villa.

I listed her and her email address as an Additional Guest when I made the reservation...do I also have to submit a Change Arriving Guest Information form? TIA

I have asked this specific question to MVC, and the answer was no....if done at time or resy, you are all set. My son and his family never had any issues checking in, using the approach.

Same experience here when I stayed on a reservation made by someone else who put my name in at the time of booking. They did also do the guest change form, but it wasn't completed on time anyway. We were also in the area prior to checkin and I stopped by to confirm it wouldn't be an issue and they could see my name as an additional guest.
